Small(er) countries in the north get over 35C in summer as well. Japan, Korea, Italy, Spain, Greece, France etc. You name it.

But I'm sure that in the colder regions it easily gets over 35 in summer as well.

I feel like I'm over-analysing but what's the difference between spending a few days/weeks in really hot countries and spending a few days/weeks in cold countries when a heat wave strikes? It's not like he's staying for months/years.

Anyway, in my case, China. Not very interested in traveling in a giant, mega ****hole where people yell, push, spit, pee, and **** on the streets. Taiwan is bad enough already.

Tropical places as I don't like heat and humidity.
Russia, most of Asia and a good chunk of Africa.

That's true even in a small country like Portugal it can get over 40 degrees easily especially in the South next to the border with Spain. And in several places in Europe as well (mainly South, Central and Eastern.)

My first country is one I've already been to: India. I have ZERO desire to go back. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I'm glad I went. Often times, people ignorantly glamorize it as some mysterious, magical place. In reality it's disgustingly dirty and chaotic, specifically Mumbai. I did get to see a few calmer nice areas, but overall it's just a gross place. Calling it a 3rd world country doesn't do justice.

A couple other random countries in no particular order that I have no desire to visit are Haiti and Ethiopia.

Yes, and this is the reason for disliking these places. I don't like hot weather. Living in one is enough.
