I agree,

Amazing some phrases I come across to find out they were written by Shakespeare centuries ago. The man was genius.

It's a toss-up. I'd say my favorites would be "adenosine triphosphate" or
"acetosalicylic acid."

I tend to like the latter for the way it slides off the tongue.
