You beat me to it, "for all intensive purposes" is extremely common at my place of employment. Other favorites that I hear on a daily basis, "heighth and weight" and "prostrate cancer."

It can sometimes be treated with nucular medicine.

Sigh.

I have a coworker who constantly says "liberry," and today I found out she also says, "ambullance."

I had a coworker who said, "Bafroom." As in, "I'm going to run to the bafroom."

The first time I heard her say that I couldn't help it I said, "Oh come on! Bafroom?? Are you a three year old?"

She blushed and said she knew it was childish but she considered it "dialect."

Bafroom... oh dear, that's just sad.
I keep hearing "sammich" a lot lately. I just found out that it is in the "urban dictionary". What is this world coming to? ; )
I am seeing whoa spelled woah quite often.
