I think that if a farmer warms his hands, prior to milking, he can help to avoid udder shock in his herd.

The location of a house listed on realtordotcom is described as 'walking to train station'.!

Gave me a laugh and a funny mind-picture; obviously it should have read 'walking distance to train station'.
