Does this bug anyone else? Companies that cannot spell the name of the service they provide. I've mentioned Bob's Family Dinning, Conlon's Alinement and I just got reminded of "Stanley Steemer" because of an irritating pop-up ad.

Like food products labeled "lite" or "lo-cal", why on earth would I purchase the product or service if the company can't even be bothered to spell it correctly?

It's all about the legal ramifications - you can't file a lawsuit regarding the amount of meat in a product if that company uses 99% filler when they claim to use 100% Meeet.

I don't think Stanley Steemer is a misspelling. I think they were trying to find what they thought was a cute trademark name.
