Good question. Of course, in Juliette's case, her clothes do seem to "get lost" quite frequently, so perhaps they are a sort of "loser clothing"!

(It should be pointed out that to date, Hayden Panettiere and her long-time fiancé have neither confirmed nor denied that they are expecting a baby. They are still firmly engaged, but have postponed their marriage because of the unstable situation in Ukraine (her fiancé's brother is the newly elected mayor of Kyiv), but if the rumor is true, I wouldn't be surprised to hear of a quiet wedding sometime this summer.)

From the context, I'm fairly certain the writer means assets.

What's funny is that I have a friend who installed a tunnel under his yard to his barn. It even has a tunnel to a dog house.
