PIC Mike available at time of inspection. Green sign updated. Followup scheduled. Please talk to maintenance about fixing or replacing paper towel dispensers located at hand wash stations so they have working handles or are self dispensing. Thank you!

PIC Michael available for follow Up. Handwash signs have been placed in restrooms. All utensils now have handles that remain out of foods. All single service containers have been removed. Hair restraints in use. We discussed contacting building services to determine if the hood in use would be acceptable to use with a small fryer. Michael will follow up with building services and contact me if any changes will be made. No violations observed at follow up-keep up the good work!

Observed Repeat Critical violations. Will follow-up on Tues (3-15-11). Please adjust holding temperature of prep cooler and keep Food Safety Log. Foods must be holding at or below 41 deg F or facility will move into Enforcement.

Checking to see if facility is operating with broken prep cooler. No food in prep cooler upon arrival. PIC will call after unit has been fixed.
