PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION OF BACTERIA THAT MAY CAUSE FOODBORNE ILLNESS BY PROPER PRODUCT HANDLING AND GLOVE USE. CONTAMINATED FOODS DISCARDED DURING INSPECTION AND PIC DISCUSSED WITH COOK LINE EMPLOYEE. A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED.
