During the complaint investigation I completed a standard inspection of the facility. As part of that inspection I looked closely at the soda fountains. At time of inspection the fountain inserts and nozzles looked clean. I spoke with Lee who was the manager at that time and he stated that the soda heads/nozzles are taken off and cleaned every day. I did not notice anything that would have contaminated the soda. Manager apologizes and wishes the person making the complaint would have said something to him so he could have made it right. This complaint has been closed.

Note: Observed grill employee handle raw sausage, use hand sanitizer, and proceed to handling clean equipment that will contact ready-to-eat foods. According to Code 2.2(E) this is only acceptable if employee has "no direct contact with food by the bare hands." Employee should refrain from handling the parts of trays and tray liners that will contact food, unless proper handwashing precedes use of hand sanitizer Code 2.2(E)(b)(ii)(c)
Note: English handwashing sign needed in women's restroom

Note: Discussed with PIC that grill cook is not to substitute Hand Sanitizer for handwashing. If bare hands contact raw foods, proper handwashing required before engaging in other activities. Please call if there are any questions.

Updated Green Sign/ Issued new sign because old sign could not be found
Notes: Observed tomatoes and cheese was placed on the line in regular plastic containers at lunch change over. Must store cold TTCS foods in cold containers or under refrigeration to maintain 41 degrees or below at all times. PIC placed food in cold containers at time of inspection.
