1. The website says the store is open 24 hours but when I stepped in around 6 PM, I was told the store will close at 7 PM. When I explained your website says so, with NO courteousness, the employee just shrugged her shoulders. VERY BAD!
2. By then, all the donuts were removed from display and shelved at the back and when I asked where are they, the employee said "Well, we are closing in one hour" and just brought a basket of donuts and showed
me which I felt lacked respect(as if it was like - pick what you want and leave) I receive from other Tim Hortons stores.
3. When I asked for hot kettle chips, I saw a nod from the other employee and this customer facing employee (both ladies) told we are wrapping up and can't make that for me.
My question is, even if the closing hours are wrongly published, when you have one long hour to close the store, will you wrap everything up and NOT service the customer and serve what the customer wants?
Never faced this with ANY Tim Hortons ever.
4. The website says this store has a Coldstone inside but apparently NOT.
I would NEVER step into this store again.
