Description: A menu of Cuban-inspired signature drinks (and cigars to match) make Havana Garage one of the Old Market’s more exotic haunts. Slowly turning ceiling fans, thick leather chairs, and a warm, golden light fill this spot, where live bands often play Cuban music. A signature drink menu includes one named after the bar: says the menu of the Havana Garage Cocktail “If James Joyce and Che Guevara fixed a drink for Ernest Hemingway, this would be it.” Other more traditional offerings include a mojito (mint, sugar cane, rum, lime, and club soda muddled in a tall glass); a Caipirinha (a Brazilian drink with Cachaca, sugar, and lime); and an old-fashioned Dark and Stormy (Gosling’s Dark Rum and ginger beer). The bar also offers a wide selection of single malt scotch, single barrel bourbon, port, rum, and more than 100 cigar selections.
