Description: Omaha’s destination for Bikram—or hot—yoga, One Tree Yoga operates out of two locations, its original space in midtown Omaha and a newer, larger space in West Omaha. The school offers a full slate of classes, mostly Bikram yoga, which is a series of 26 poses done in a heated room. Classes are available for all skill levels—beginner to advanced—and other styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga, and classes focused on meditation are also available. Teachers here are friendly and welcoming, and the school encourages students to leave their worries at the door and embrace the zen that can come along wth a regular yoga practice. Individual classes are available on a walk-in basis, and passes for a set number of classes at a discounted per-class cost are available. The other location is at 2420 S. 156th Circle (402-333-2420).
