Handwashing Facilities With Soap and Towels Observed that no paper towels were provided for one of the front hand washing sinks. Paper towels were replaced. All hand wash facilities must be provided with paper towels at all times.
Manual/Mechanical Warewashing and Sanitizing Observed that dishwasher was not reaching the correct temperature for proper sanitation. Make repairs to dishwasher in order to reach at least 160 degrees F. Since heat sanitation is not working properly an alternate method of sanitation must be use.
