Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Re-label the sanitizer bucket used in the cooking area to identify the toxic item. Observed no read-able label of the chemical.
Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) Provide a thermometer inside the grill cooler drawer to monitor temperatures at all times. No thermometer was observed. REPEAT
