Observed raw chicken stored behind BBQ pork and raw sliced beef in prep cooler. Observed raw chicken stored above raw shrimp and raw scallops in walk in cooler. Management corrected food storage issues on site.
Food Contact Surfaces of Equipment and Utensils Cleaned/Sanitized Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch to prevent food borne illness. Observed food particle residue on food contact surfaces of plastic bins in clean dish storage area. Plastic containers were removed immediately to be cleaned properly.
