Except when combined as ingredients, separating types of raw animal food from each other such as beef, fish, lamb, pork, and poultry during storage, preparation, holding and display by using separate equipment for each type to prevent cross contamination. The 5 lbs. of packaged raw ground beef and 7 lbs. of fajita beef was discarded to prevent cross contamination. Corrected on site. "
