| "Approved Sewage/Wastewater Disposal System, Proper Disposal" Mobile units such as pushcarts are required to visit commissary at least 24 hours prior to each day's operation for proper disposal as required by law. Receipt must be kept on pushcart so that is it readily available for review upon inspection. |
| Food Establishment Permit Mobile food units such as push carts may not operate in Harris County without a current and/or valid mobile unit food permit. Push cart must be brought to HCPHES on Tuesdays 7:30a-11:30a for mobile unit permitting. |
