At least one trained food manager is required to be on duty at all times during food operation hours. There was no food manager on duty during the inspection. The food manager came afterwards. Food manager stated that the other food managers were recently assigned to another store location. She was directed to send at least two employees at this store to an approved food manager safety class and then arrange their schedules so that at least one trained food manager is on duty during all hours of business."
