| Cross-contamination of Raw/cooked foods/Other "MEAT - Provide dividers between the raw uncooked packaged bacon, sausage, pork tenderloins, etc. and the packaged ready to eat food such as hot dogs, turkey legs, lunchables, etc. Observed various coolers in the meat department with packaged raw meats in contact, without spacing or dividers, with ready to eat foods." |
| Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) DAIRY - Provide thermometer to all of the black floor sales coolers. No thermometer were in or on the units. |
| Labeling BAKERY - Provide ingredient lists for all types of bagels in the booklet provided for the customers in the donut case. Also provide an ingredient list for the Bolillo case or add a page to the booklet. DELI - Provide ingredient list on the print out for the packaged fried wings. All sauced wings were observed with ingredient labels except the plain wings. Package was removed from sales floor until corrected. (COS) |
