The container was moved and employees were instructed to keep the sink clear at all times.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Observed an unlabeled clear plastic spray bottle containing chemical cleaner stored in the ware washing area of the taqueria. Ensure all containers holding toxic chemicals are properly labeled in order to prevent chemical product contamination. An employee then labeled the bottle as requested.
Manual/Mechanical Warewashing and Sanitizing Observed a bucket containing soiled towels and chlorine sanitizer solution with a measured concentration of less than 50 parts per million in the taqueria. Ensure all chemical sanitizer solution used for ware washing is correctly concentrated in order to properly sanitize kitchen equipment. An employee added bleach in order for the solution to reach a sufficient concentration.
Food Contact Surfaces of Equipment and Utensils Cleaned/Sanitized "Observed several knives in the meat market area stored as clean with food residue present on the blades. Ensure all food contact surfaces are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized so all food residue is removed. The knives were removed from service to be cleaned."
