Cold Hold (41 F/45F) "Observed Walk in Cooler to be out of temperature. Some foods were being cooled down by putting ice in top of them and temperatures were of 41 or below. Other food items that were not cooled down with ice were removed from cooler, denaturized with bleach and disposed of during inspection. See food destruction report for detalis. "
Manual/Mechanical Warewashing and Sanitizing Observed incorrect saniattion levels. Employees were instructed to make sanitation bucket with proper sanitation level by using bleach. No test strips were provided. Must prepare sanitation buckets and obtain sanitation test strips in order to test for correct sanitation levels.
Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) Observed that no thermometers were provide for cook line. Must provide thermometers for cook line and for every cooling device in establishment.
