Handwashing Facilities With Soap and Towels Provide paper towels to all hand wash sinks at all times. No paper towels were observed at the back hand sink.
Manual/Mechanical Warewashing and Sanitizing Service the sanitizer dispenser at the 3 compartment sink for proper sanitization. Observed 0ppm when testing. The hose was above the chemical and the line was not secure. Pushing the hose down and priming the line only yielded 100ppm. Repair to 200ppm.
