Borderline cross contamination conditions exist inside the walk in cooler. ( Do not store any raw egg or meat items above or in direct contact with any produce or ready to eat food items. Store all raw egg & meat items on bottom shelves. Recommend storing all raw egg & meat items on a completely separate shelf inside the walk in cooler & designate that shelf for raw protein items only)
