Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Observed that vegetables were stored on to p of hand wash sink making hand wash sink unavailable for hand washing. Vegetables were removed from hand wash sink. All hand wash sinks must be accessible at all times in order tom promote proper hand washing.
