Red tag issued for reach in cooler; do not use for storage of PHFs until it has been repaired/replaced, and permission has been granted to resume use by HCPHES."

"Approved Sewage/Wastewater Disposal System, Proper Disposal" Mobile food units must visit commissary at least 24 hrs prior to each day's operation as required by law. Observed no current/valid commissary receipt on unit at time of inspection. Owner stated that she was taking the unit today.
