| Food Establishment Permit "Change of ownership took place on 11.1.14 per Sales Tax and establishment submitted application to HCPHES Pre-opening for review on 10.16.14. As of today, permit has not yet been approved and establishment observed operating without a permit. Food establishments may not operate within Harris County without a valid food permit. Establishment must cease operation until permit app has been obtained and approved." |
