Observation: Seasoning and sauce containers were not labeled or easily identifiable. Containers holding food which is not unmistakably recognizable shall be marked with the common name of food so as to be easily identifiable. Containers were labeled during time of inspection.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Ready to eat foods were found on the floor in the walk in cooler and freezer. All foods must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent exposure to splash, dust, and other sources of contamination.
- Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
Observation: Single service cups were being stored directly on floor in dry storage area. All single service utensils must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground to prevent exposure to dust, splash, and other forms of contamination.

1) Within several cupboards below the drink equipment the front trim on the top shelf is worn or missing exposing bare wood. Resurface or replace. 2) Trim on the edge of counter in the kitchen area is worn or missing. Replace or resurface. 3) Both cupboards under creamer machine and cappicino machine has heavy water damage. Cupboards no longer cleanable and have mold growth. Must replace. 4) Cart holding steam table in kitchen area is rusting and needs replaced. 5) Wood shelving in back room must be sealed with at least 2 coats of light colored paint or varnish to make non-abosorbent. All non food-contact surfaces must be smooth non-abosorbent and easily clenable.
