Observation: Shelving in walk-in freezer are 2" off the floor. Boxes on the floor in walk-in freezer. All food and food items must be stored a minimum of 6" off the floor. Adjust shelving and move boxes.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation: Light is shining through bottom of back screen door. All outer openings must be protected from the entry of bugs or rodents. Install weather stripping.
- Mechanical warewashing machine pressure measuring devices, data plate, internal baffles, and flow pressure device
Observation: Pressure gauge on dish machine is not reading correctly. High temp dish machines must have a pressure gauge to ensure 15-25 psi. Repair and/or replace.

Observation: Upright freezer in back does not work. Establishment must be free of unnecessary items. Repair or remove freezer.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Recaulk wall/sink juncture so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Drain line on 3 tank sink is leaking. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair. Repair as needed.

Observation: Wooden spoon in utensil drawer. Wood is not allowed to be a food contact surface. Removed during inspection.

Observation: Several dented cans observed in dry storage. Package of food must be able to prevent contamination of product. Removed.

Observation: Didn't have quat test strips. Must provide QA test kit for spray bottle per-made sanitizer. REPEAT VIOLATION

Observation: No handwashing sign posted at hand sink in kitchen. Every hand sink to be used by employee must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hand.

Observation: QA sanitizer through dispenser was tested too low. QA concentration must be maintain between 200 to 400ppm. Repair.
