- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation:Test kit was available, however was not being used. At time of visit, no reaction to chlorine test strip occurred. upon review with staff, the sanitizer was from the original mixture around 10:00 a.m. This exceeds the maximum use of 4 hours. Reviewed with staff and this was corrected on site. If sanitizer becomes overly soiled or has excessive debris prior to 4 hours, change as needed.

Observation:procedures need to be implemented for the proper clean up of vomit and diarrhea.
