Observation: Chemicals were stored with and over beverage containers in back storage area. A spray bottle of glass cleaner hung above condiments near the french fry station.
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Observation: Hand washing sink water was not reaching 100 degrees. Corrected by turning up hot water.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: The cooler containing parfaits and apple slices, near the racks of buns did not have a thermometer inside.
