    Observation: Items in the chicken nugget hot hold case was not at 135 degree or above
  • Cooling foods are stored properly
    Observation: At the self serve sandwich cooler, many items had condensation inside the containers and also exceeded 41 degrees.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: The three compartment sink in the kitchen was not secured and caulked to the wall. In the kitchen, there were floor/wall junctures in bad repair.

    Observation: There were no thermometers placed near the milk and the Elk sausage sticks at the display cooler doors.
