    There is no barehands contact with ready-to-eat foods such as lettuce. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Reach-in/make table on left side of line is holding food on top at 48-70F and the interior is holding food at 46-50F. Foods were transferred to another unit. Two door tall reach-in is holding food at 46-47F. Shall be 41F or below. Repairman has been contacted.
  • Capacity, availability, and pressure of hot and cold water
    Cold water is needed at handsink next to dishroom.
