The hot water faucet on the three compartment sink is broken. This must be repaired within 30 days and no food other than frozen pizza can be served until the plumbing is operational.

Utensils are stored in a dirty container. The shot glasses are stored on a clothe towel. Store these on netting. Corrected onsite. Ice chute inside the ice machine has a build up of slimy residue.

Some of the interiors of cabinets have a build up of grease or have cobwebs. These cabinets are not used, but need to be maintained clean.

A kitchen wall is in bad repair. The floor behind the bar is in bad repair. There is urine on the men's restroom walls and a build up of residue behind the men's toilet. There is a build up of a slimy substance where the fryer used to be. This needs to be cleaned to prevent the attraction of pests.
