- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Salad display cooler in Deli kitchen did not have thermometers inside. Temperature was between 43.5-44*F. Manager stated because of defrosting stage. Food checked after 1 hrs and thermometer provided with correct temp.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: There is a leak at handsink faucet in Deli kitchen.

Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over simply potato in display open-air coolers. Eggs relocated to a lower shelf and corrected on site.

Observation: Chlorine spray sanitizer-poisonous toxic materials stored on prep table in produce area.Manager removed and corrected on site.

Observation: Paper towel dispensers was empty at handwashing sink in Deli kitchen. Restocked and corrected on site.

Observation: Observed several dented cans at grocery section. Must discard any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Also any can that cannot sit level on shelf without wobbling.
- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Observation: High temp dish machine, final rise cycle only got as high as 152.6*F in Bakery. Didn't reach required temperature on date plate label. Called fro service during the inspection. May not use dish machine until approval has been given through health department.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Handwashing sign not posted on: 1) hand sink at front in Deli, 2) hand sink in Produce department. Every hand sink to be used by employee must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hand.
- Light bulbs, protective shielding
Observation: Burnt out light bulb in bagged ice reach-in freezer cross from register stations. Must have adequate light intensity in reach-in freezer to allow to easy cleaning and maintenance. Replace as need.
