I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with the General Manager, Angela Berry. The Online Food Handler Training bulletin was also given to Ms. Berry.

Under the counter single door freezer did not have a thermometer.
4-601.11 Clean the shelves and bottoms of refrigerators and freezers in the needed units.
4-602.12 Clean food contact cooking and baking equipment at least every 24 hours.
4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue.
Clean the sides of the cooks line equipment, clean the warming boxes that hold the PHU pans that slide in.
6-302.11 Provide toilet tissue at each toilet.

My overall review is ok food, but their contract with A1 towing is not right, and district manager has horrible attitude. Will never recommend or eat here again.
