I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Ben Peeples, the Cook. An Online Food Handler Class bulletin was left with Mr. Peeples. The FSE has provided knobs for the gas cooktop, repaired the freezer lid, and replaced a kitchen hand sink.

Clean the sides of the cooks line equipment, clean the storage shelves, clean the base of the salad spinner.

The large 2 door True reachin refrigerator in the kitchen needed both door gaskets replaced.
