I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with the General Manager. Pat Mikula. The small prep room walls have been painted, and the outside of the barbecue pit has been painted.

Clean the top stainless steele shelf above the 3 compartment sink. Clean the outside of the storage drawers in the front food service area.

The FSE has a new 2 door freezer. A new tile floor has been installed in the dining room and the drink service area.

Clean the shelves and molding of the sandwich maketable.

Clean and remove the residue from the top equipment storage shelf above the 3 compartment sink.
Clean the sides of the fryer, oven and grill on the cooks line.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
Clean the walls behind the grill prep table, and clean the wall on the kitchen side of the pass thru window. Clean the floors along the cooks line equipment.
