Fly swatter stored too close to hanging serving utensils.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
Clean the floors under the cook/woks line, and in the storage area near the mop sink.

I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with the Manager, Ms. Wat King and other food workers.

Clean teh back shelves in the reachin refrigerators.
4-602.11 Clean fan covers on RI coolers and/or RI freezers.

Clean the sides of the cooks line equipment, clean the grill and fryer.
6-501.113 Store maintenance tools, such as brooms and mops, so that they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, or linens.
Brooms stored too close to the back prep table in the kitchen.

The FSEs metal stemmed food thermometer was calibrated during this inspection. I gave the Manager, Wong Watking, a JCDH Food Handler class bulletin.

Clean the shelves and the fan cover in the raw chicken and noodle reachin refrigerator, and other needed units.
4-602.12 Clean food contact cooking and baking equipment at least every 24 hours.
Clean the grill and the cooktop.
6-101.11 Provide smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable floors, walls, and ceilings.
Complete the wall repair next to the fryers and behind the rice cookers. Secure and seal around the stainless panel and make repairs and panit this wall.
