3-501.17 Cease the sale, use, or service of all potentially hazardous food prepared in-house after 7 days when stored at 41 F or below. /Containers of corned beef hash dated 11/10/11 & 11/15/11 were stored in RI cooler for more than 7 days. These foods were voluntarily discarded, and violation was COS.
7-102.11 Label all toxic items not in original containers with the common name of the product. /Spray bottles of glass cleaner and bathroom cleaner were not labeled, and bottle originally labeled degreaser was filled with lime-away. Violation was COS.
