I visit this location between four to seven times in a month. I am usually quite satisfied but on 08/08/2014 at about 8:00 PM I visited this location and the service was slow and very unenthusiastic at best, the coffee was cold. I showed cashier a coupon before placing order and was charged full price. After he rang up order and I paid I realized that the did not apply discount, so he then had to refund order and recharge. We also purchased Danishes and they were good. When I pay $6 for a latte I expect good service and warm coffee.
