4-601.11 Wash, rinse, and sanitize fountain drink nozzles as often as necessary to keep free of slime mold and residue. Both sets of drink fountain nozzles have moldy build up.

6-303.11 Provide at least 50 foot candles of light in food prep and ware washing areas. Warewashing area not 50 foot candles.

EHS assisted with the proper wash rinse and sanitizing of foutain drink nozzles for educational purposes.

4-601.11 Wash, rinse, and sanitize fountain drink nozzles as often as necessary to keep free of slime mold and residue. Remove drink fountain nozzles. Wash, rinse and sanitize the nozzles in the three compartment sink before returning them to the machine.
6-303.11 Provide at least 50 foot candles of light in food prep and ware washing areas. Ware washing area was at 30 foot candles with light meter.
