4-302.12 Provide appropriate, readily accessible thermometers for all coolers- Provide thermometer for walk-in cooler and any other coolers containing milk, cheese, eggs, and other PHFs.
6-501.114 Remove equipment that is not used or no longer functional from facility- Remove old equipment ( Ice machine, etc) that is no longer used in facility.

Only pre-packaged food being sold here currently. Discussed possible future expansion and addition of fountain drink machine or ice bagging. Must go through JCDH before any expansion/upgrades to be completed.
