4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumulation of residue on the bottom of the RI cooler. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumlation of residue on bottle glides and on nozzles of cappucinno machine. 4-602.11 Clean fan covers on RI coolers and/or RI freezers. Accumulation of dust and grime on fan vent covers RI and WI coolers.

5-103.12 Provide water under pressure. Facility having a connection problem to 3 compartment sink. 5-103.12 Provide hot and cold water under pressure at the ware washing sink.

6-501.12 Clean ceiling and/or wall vent covers. Accumulation of dust and grime on the ceiling vents. 6-501.14 Clean restroom exhaust vent cover. Accumulation of dust and grime on the exhaust vents inside of the restroom. 6-101.11 Provide smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable floors, walls, and ceilings. Damaged ceiling tile and roofing from where someone tried to break in facility.

Due to a break in the following items were danaged: 3 compartment sink, ice machine, ceiling tile, and roof. Employee stated that the facility is in the process of getting new items and repairs completed. Facility had promotional cease smoking sign posted at the time of the inspection. Facility received two (2) bonus points.
