They say dogs welcome outside and have a dog bowl. They called the pound and reported my dog "abandoned" while I was in the shop, though he has tags with license and my cell and I was not 10 feet away inside the coffee shop. No one even asked Whose dog is outside? The manager, Ms Ruiz, was obnoxious, lecturing me like she knows/cares more about my dog than me! The reason it was necessary to call pound? She didn't approve of how I was caring for his skin/fur or his arthritis.
