What I am impressed by at this location is that people were smiling. There was a line, and I did have to wait, but it was a pleasant wait. I felt welcomed, and I did not feel that I was interfering with the teller's day. It is important to me that I am shown respect, and I appreciate it when it happens. The deposit I was making is not an average transaction, and I was somewhat confused by which line I should be in, business or personal banking. I chose the wrong line. The teller took care of me, and when I asked if I was in the right line she explained that I was not in the correct line, but that was fine and she would handle my transaction. It was wonderful to be treated well at the bank. Sounds simple, but not always the way the banking world works,
