IT ALSO STATES ON A CORPARATE SIGN (OVER MOP SINK) WHICH CHEMICAL TO USE TO SANATIZE SLICERS AND THE COMET IS NOT THE ONE LISTED (MR. CLEAN IS THE ONE LISTED ON THE SIGN). USE THE CORRECT SANATIZE FOR THE SLICERS.**THE ASST. MANAGERS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY USE THE MR. CLEAN AS THE LAST STEP IN CLEANING THE SLICER. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT PER THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLE IT IS A CLEANER AND NOT A SANATIZER. THE DIRECTIONS STATE TO RINSE AND THEN SANATIZE AFTER CLEANING WITH THE MR. CLEAN. I SPOKE WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER ON THE PHONE AND THEY EXPLAINED THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO SANATIZE AFTER USING THE MR. CLEAN AND NOT SURE WHY THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW. THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE A STAFF MEETING AND EXPLAINED THE PROPER WAY TO CLEAN AND SANATIZE.
