I asked for 2 fish sandwiches with tartar sauce only. I got 2 fish sandwiches with 2 pickles on each sandwich and that is all. I told them it was wrong and she said, "give me the sandwich's back" and I said, "I'll keep them for the error," like I have done at many many other restaurants when they screw up, and they say "ok, no problem," but instead she loudly yelled back to the entire store, "he won't give back the sandwiches!" I was then told that they're not going to redo the sandwiches unless I give them back the other(wrong, their mistake) sandwiches, and I said, "what's the difference, you have to throw them away anyway," and she said we have to have them or we're not going to give you the other sandwiches. Then
the manager I was told she (this very young girl) was the manager, she said she was just gonna give me my money back and tell me to go and I said that's fine that's what I want anyway since after this treatment of me, I'm sure they will spit in my tartar sauce, or worse, use other bodily fluids. Then I asked for the store number and her name and that I was gonna call corporate. She then turned her back to me and flipped me off and I immediately dialed to talk to corporate. I told her I wasn't leaving until I got the store number and her name. She then acted like she was going to call the police to tell them that "I would not leave her drive-through." Firstly, not true. Secondly, she is the one that shut the drive-through window in my face, flipped me off and then would not give me her name. Whatever. One of the employees got behind my car and started reading out my license plate really really loud. And then this manager pretended to give that to the so called 911. I don't want to believe that she would really call 911 for this or she's not as smart as I thought so I'm gonna give her some grace and say she didn't really call 911. That could get her in trouble for calling in a fake emergency. Yes, I have police friends so I know this is true. I told her very loudly all I want is her name and the store number and I'll leave. She actually stopped complaining about me to the so called 911 and she said it's on the redeep I said that "you'll be hearing from corporate.
You should not be a manager. But you are a b*word, aren't you?" I then drove away. So, they screwed up my order and instead of being nice about it saying sorry, no problem keep the sandwiches we will fix it. They demanded the sandwiches back and caused this whole situation that led to the manager flipping me off. I have called corporate and told them that she should never be a manager. They apologized and said they will let the regional manager know. And I'll get some free sandwich coupons. Ok. But I will be in that store in 2 weeks to see who the manager is now.
