4.1- Long stem thermometer reading 40°F in an ice bath. Calibrate to 32°F to accurately monitor potentially hazardous food temperatures.
6.4/3.0- There was a leak in the walk-in cooler that had dripped onto the sealed pickle containers and box of individual applesauce containers. Leak was repaired during this inspection. Discard any contaminated foods and clean the floor.
4.5/4.6- The grates in the drive thru hot holding unit have food debris build-up. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces to sight and touch.

3.4- The following potentially hazardous foods were holding at improper temperatures: potato cakes on ice between 49°-60°F, on top of reach-in cooler cut tomatoes 46°F and cheese 52°F, and shake mix in machine between 49°F - 51°F. Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at 41°F and below. Cooler holding below 41°F and repair will be made to shake machine. According to temperature log mix was below 41°F at 10:00 a.m.
7.1- Degreaser stored on bottom shelf next to potato cakes and single-use containers. Store toxic chemicals below and away from food and single-use items to prevent possible contamination. Degreaser was relocated during this inspection.
4.5- Gaskets on bottom of upright freezer have food debris build-up. Clean this.

5.1- Plumbing under the three compartment sink is leaking. Plumbing shall be in good repair.
