  • *7.1 Observed the washer fluid stored above beverages in the rear storage area. Toxic chemicals shall be stored in a separate designated area from food and equipment. Relocate this chemical.
  • 6.2 Observed burned out lights in the beverage storage room. Repair these lights in order to provide proper lighting per the Food
  • Code.
  • 4.5/6.4/4.4 The following areas need cleaned or repaired
  • - rusty shelving throughout the walk-in cooler
  • - cracked glass on the Kahlua cooler door
  • - three (3)damaged door seals on the True three door cooler
  • - ceiling vent in the restroom is soiled
  • - damaged door frames and door seal on the display doors of the walk-in cooler in the drive thru area
  • - damaged base cove located under the walk-in unit retail display doors in the storage area by the office.
  • - non-functioning Pepsi cooler contains mold shelves. Reportedly Pepsi will be replacing this unit in the near future.
  • Equipment shall be free of dust, dirt, and debris and be clean to the sight and touch and shall be maintained in good repair.
  • 6.1 Provide a shatter-proof light bulb or light shield for the light bulbs in throughout the walk-in cooler, to prevent contamination of the food products.
  • 3.5 Observed bagged ice, made at the operation, is lacking complete labeling. Each packaged item for self-service shall be labeled with the name of the product, name of the business, address of the business, and the weight.
  • 6.4 Remove the unused ice machine from premise.

  • R/4.4 Resurface/repair the rusty walk-in cooler shelving and beverage shelving in the back room.
  • R/4.5 Clean the walk-in cooler shelving to remove dust build-up.
  • R/6.1 Resecure the peeling coving in front of the beer cooler.
  • R/4.4 Replace the missing milk cooler handle.
  • R/4.0 Seal the bare wood shelving to provide a more cleanable surface.
  • -Take steps necessary to correct repeat violations.

A Great Group of Good people that meet and greet w a smile. This is a well run DRIVE THRU, not many people ever walk in or run thru- so I think a few of the violations could just have been mentioned and fixed by owner w/o being in violation.

Yes, the drive thru has pleasant service and reasonable prices. Although, I would like to know their hours because my lotto tickets were not activated by their company employees.
