5.1 - A six-pack of beer and cardboard observed in handwashing sink across from 3-compartment sink. Maintain handwashing sinks accessible at all times to facilitate proper handwashing. Discussed with PIC.
6.2 - No paper towels available at handwashing sink across from 3-compartment sink. Handwashing facilities shall be stocked with paper towels to facilitate handwashing.
4.5 - The following equipment is soiled:
- condenser fan covers in walk-in cooler
- bottom of shelves holding milk and egss
- bottom shelf of upright freezer (Universal Nolin) has a mold-like substance on it
- ceiling of walk-in cooler has dust/debris

7.0- Spray bottle with blue fluid was not labeled. Label all toxic chemicals to avoid confusion or misuse.
6.4- Floor in back storage room (around soda syrup) and under shelving in the walk-in cooler is dirty. Clean the floor thoroughly.
6.1- Replace missing floor tiles in front of the soda syrup to facilitate cleaning.
4.8- Coffee filters stored on the floor. Store single-use items six inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning and prevent possible contamination.
4.5/5.1- Cabinet below sink in coffee area is wet and is lines with cardboard. Make any needed repairs to the plumbing and clean the cabinet.
